We are committed to leveraging the power of the mobile gaming community to tackle persistent challenges and support important causes. With our platform for competitive mobile esports, Skillz has activated nearly thousands of new nonprofit donors in charity tournaments. 

In June 2019, we announced a year-long partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS), featuring esports tournaments to support the fight against cancer. So far, about 35,000 players have competed in 130,000 tournaments, resulting in $84,850 in donations. 

Players competing in these matches have the unique opportunity to participate in their favorite activity (gaming) while advancing an incredibly powerful cause. Help us break $100,000 in donations by participating in this weekend’s tournament from 10am PT on 2/15 to 10pm PT on 2/16!
